These mattresses are made with a Nymed healthcare nylon removable top cover and a Vynmed healthcare vinyl removable bottom cover. All of our mattresses come with a 12 month standard Warranty and meets California Technical Bulletin 121 and 16CFR part 1633 fire test requirements
