The Blue Phantom Breast Elastography Ultrasound Training Model allows users to gain proficiency in using ultrasound for elastography imaging and guided surgical procedures.
 

This breast elastography ultrasound training phantom is constructed using Blue Phantom’s patented ultra-durable tissue and is extremely realistic in ultrasound imaging characteristics and feels like real human tissue.
 

Containing a broad range of elastic masses, this model allows users to gain experience imaging stiff, soft, as well as isoelastic lesions – all in the same model. 
 

Excellent for new users as well as more experienced users who are refining their procedural skills, the masses in this breast model can be accessed with needles as well as fluid can be injected into the model to verify needle tip location.

Model contains 12 masses within breast tissue

This elastography phantom assists in educating clinicians in the acquisition of ultrasound elastogram images as well as developing the hand-eye coordination associated with breast ultrasound guided fine needle biopsy procedures.
