DiaMedical accepts orders online or by phone, fax, email or mail. Contact information and mailing address are available at the bottom of this page.
Payment Terms
Next 30 day payment terms or terms acceptable to your facility. DiaMedical accepts valid purchase order numbers or payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Payment must be made in U.S.D.
Prices & Price Changes
Prices listed may not include freight or handling fees and are subject to correction or change without notice. In the case of substantial increases, customers will be notified on an as needed basis. However, we always try to keep our prices as low as possible.
Warranty
DiaMedical provides the warranty of the manufacturer or a minimum one (1) year limited warranty on all of its products.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges may vary depending on distance, value, weight and cargo. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground or common carrier unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be added to your order total. Should you need to know the shipping charges in advance, please contact DiaMedical for a shipping cost to be added to your original quote. Items may ship separately.
Returns
All Personal Protection Equipment and Disposable Supplies are non-returnable. In most cases we can accept returns and provide credit for all purchases returned within 30 days. In the case where we operate as a distributor, we extend the return policies as set forth by our manufacturer or supplier.
Low Price Guarantee
It is always our policy to provide the lowest possible price to our customers. In the event that we are not the lowest price we will beat any competitors written quote. Additional savings may apply for bulk purchases.
International Orders
DiaMedical can ship internationally. Canadian orders will be shipped FedEx Standard unless otherwise specified. All other international orders will be shipped by DHL or USPS unless otherwise specified. Please note that orders shipping through the USPS are only traceable through the United States.
Use of Products
All products purchased from DiaMedical are intended for educational purposes only and to be used under the supervision of a qualified instructor. All instructional products are not intended for human or animal use, injection, application and/or ingestion. Purchaser further agrees that all products will be used for their intended instructional purposes only, in a safe and legal manner consistent with all applicable state and federal laws and Purchaser’s own internal health and safety policies.

DiaMedical reserves the right to change product specifications on all items without notice. All efforts are made to display accurate product information, however, due to uncontrollable manufacturing conditions, product specifications and colors are subject to change without notice. Actual product color may differ from catalog product color.
