The Novum Manual Youth Hosptital Bed offers an adjustable sleeping surface along with side rails to keep children safe. Three manual cranks at the foot end of the Patient Bed adjust the head gatch, knee gatch, and high-low positioning. The Children's' Hospital Bed also features full length bedside safety rail to prevent children from falling out. Novum Youth Beds have a 350 lb weight capacity are ideal for all hospitals and pediatric facilities.
The Adjustable Pediatric Bed has a sleeping surface that measures 33.5 inches in width by 64.5 inches in length and has an adjustable height of 23 to 33 inches. The sleeping surface is designed with a solid pan rather than springs. A 5 inch thick mattress is also available - See accessories below. The slats in between the safety rails meet the 2-3/8 inch requirements in order to prevent children from getting trapped in them. 5 inch braking casters allow for easy maneuvering. The Pediatric Hospital Bed includes 4 IV hook holes and 4 urine bag hooks for children in need of medical treatment.
