Cardionics™ Bionic Hybrid Simulator System

The Bionic Hybrid Simulator is an innovative approach to provide healthcare education with a complete solution to assessment simulation.
 

Developed in conjunction with the Multidisciplinary Simulation Center at Mayo Clinic, the Bionic Hybrid Simulator allows students to perform a complete physical assessment while retaining the human-to-human interaction necessary for realistic, engaging education.
 

The Bionic Hybrid Simulator System consists of the Cardionics proprietary SimScope®, SimSuit, and tablet with pre-installed software.

• Physiological conditions are simulated to teach and test assessment skills when worn by a low fidelity manikin torso or standardized patient.
• Built-in WiFi hotspot allows instructors to remotely program and change settings while maintaining safe distance from students
• Embedded RFID tags and SimScope allow students to auscultate high-fidelity heart, breath, bowel and bruit sounds at correct anatomic locations
• Software program allows instructors to create scenarios for many different conditions. 
• Built-in WiFi Hotspot allows real time adjustment settings to facilitate training and accurate validation of assessment skills
• Five (5) wire ECG output
• Hydraulic system provides realistic palpable radial and carotid pulses
• Ear bud allows instructors to provide verbal cues to standardized patients
• Blood pressure cuff is available as an optional accessory
• The SimShirt is washable and reusable. 
• Small tech pack is easily cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or disinfectant wipes
