The ICU Medical Plum 360 is an advanced IV pump that has been proven to reduce medication errors and increase patient safety. It boasts industry-leading cybersecurity and complete IV-HER interoperability.
 

The Plum 360 uses tubing with the uniquely designed PlumSet cassette allowing for automated back-priming. This allows air to be easily removed from the line without disconnecting from the patient to maintain a closed system. The secondary line also connects directly to the cassette, eliminating the need to raise or lower infusion containers.

Unique Secondary Infusion Features

• Direct  connection allows administration of secondary medications from a syringe or a solution container

Smarter And Safer Alarm Management

• Plum cassettes can trap up to 1 mL of air before alarming, reducing alarms and alarm fatigue
• If an air-in-line alarm does occur, air can be easily removed with automated backpriming without disconnecting from the patient
• Plum 360 automatically restarts if distal occlusions clear within 60 seconds

**  The Plum 360 infusion pump does not come with a default drug library. Schools must work with ICU Medical to create a customized drug library for an additional fee.
