Innov2Learn Gluco III Hospital Style Gluco Simulator

Inspired by the Accu-Chek Inform II, a blood glucose meter that is used in most hospitals in North America. This device simulates a blood glucose (blood sugar level) measurement. It is functional on a low, medium, or high-fidelity manikin or even with a simulated (standardized) patient. You can use a tablet, cellphone, computer or an iPod (not included), to send the values to the device via the Innov2Learn App. This can be downloaded from the Apple or Google playstore. It can also be downloaded onto an individuals computer as well. There is no licensing cost or app subscription. App also allows user to send same reading to multiple connected devices at once! With the Bluetooth connection, users will be able to send the values to simulate hypoglycemia and/or hyperglycemia. This simulator works with real and expired strips, artificial blood, and even no blood. The Gluco III is available with increased battery life, (Gluco III+) with 8 hours of continuous use.
