The Life/form® Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) Trainers assist with the instruction of advanced therapy management for many types of acute and chronic wounds.
Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) is a therapeutic technique using a vacuum dressing to promote healing in acute or chronic wounds and enhance healing of first and second degree burns. The therapy involves the controlled application of subatmospheric pressure to the wound, using sealed wound dressing and pump.
Trainer set can used to demonstrate application, placement, and management of a negative-pressure wound therapy system for wound care.
