Simulaids Advanced Military Casualty Simulation Kit

This Simulaids Advanced Military Casualty Simulation Kit was designed by the U.S. Naval Training Device Center and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.  It includes realistic bleeding strap-on and stick-on wounds and injuries as well as simulation make-up for stage victims to appear to be in shock or pain, traumatized, lacerated, burned, bleeding or dirty. Bleeding wounds have reservoir pump assemblies to assure a continuous lifelike flow of simulated blood.
